Parish Council Meeting – Wednesday 19th November 2025

The Agenda will be added about a week before the meeting. Any items for discussion can be emailed to the Clerk up to 10 days before the meeting.

1. To consider any apologies.
2. To update Councillors Declarations of Interest and receive any declaration regarding agenda items.
3. To receive a Presentation from the Operations Manager at 2 Agriculture.
4. Public participation, County and District Councillors reports.
5. To approve the minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 15^th October 2025.
6. To report Matters Arising from the Minutes not on the agenda – for information only
7. To note correspondence as listed on the attached schedule and which are not separate agenda items.
8. Finance: Papers to be distributed prior to the meeting where possible
   • To approve the attached report of payments and receipts since the previous meeting
   • To approve the monthly statement of accounts for October 2025.
   • To consider additional items regarding the Budget 2026/2027.
9. Planning Applications as received from South Norfolk Council for consultation.
   • To note application 2025/3277 received between meetings.
   • To note application 2025/ 3253 received between meetings.
   • To note that approval with conditions has been granted for application 2024/3856.
10. Highways and PROW and BOAT update
11. Recreation Ground update.
12. To receive report from the Litter Pick.
13. To discuss the resilience plan.
14. To receive and update from the Chair following meeting of Diss and District Neighbourhood Plan (DDNP) Monitoring Group.
15. To discuss flag days for 2026.
16. To receive update from Chair regarding Wild Norfolk meeting, an initiative by Norfolk Wildlife Trust.
17. To note South Norfolk Public Spaces Protection Order has been extended for further 3 years.
18. To confirm the date and place for the next meeting and items for inclusion on the agenda. Wednesday January 7^th, 2026, 19.30 at Strike School, Diss Road, Burston.
