4. To approve the minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 24th June 2026

6. To note correspondence as listed on the attached schedule and which are not separate agenda items.
7. Finance: Papers to be distributed prior to the meeting where possible

8.1. To note 2026/1028 response to application sent and approved with conditions..
8.2. To agree a response to application 2026/1766 circulated prior to the meeting.

10.1. To decide on the next steps to take regarding FP13
11. Recreation Ground Update
11.1. To confirm arrangements for Picnic in the Park
11.2. To discuss the forthcoming meadow cutting.
12. To provide an update of the Parish Councils liaison meeting with the Manager of Burston Mill
13. To agree responses for the DDNP Monitoring group regarding Large Scale Solar development questionnaire
14. To discuss request from MP regarding local bus service provision, circulated prior to the meeting.
15. To confirm dates of the meetings in October and November
