4. To approve the minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 20th May 2026
5. To report Matters Arising from the Minutes not on the agenda – for information only
6. To note correspondence as listed on the attached schedule and which are not separate agenda items.
7. Finance: Papers to be distributed prior to the meeting where possible
   1. To approve the attached report of payments and receipts since the previous meeting
   2. To approve the monthly statement of accounts for May 2026
   3. To note Direct Debit to the Information Commissioner Office has been paid.
   4. To note Public Notice for Audit has been displayed.
8. Planning Applications as received from South Norfolk Council for consultation.
   1. To note 2026/1182 response to application sent.
9. Highways & PRoW Updates:
   1. BOAT update.
10. Recreation Ground Update. To discuss whether to hold Picnic in the Park this Summer.
11. To consider any items for next Mill liaison meeting.
12. To discuss SAMs: additional machine, purchasing batteries for existing machine.
