Parish Council Meeting – 25th March 2026

The Agenda will be posted a week before the meeting. To have items considered for the agenda please send an email with details to the Clerk at least 2 weeks before the meeting.

  1. To consider any apologies
  2. To update Councillors Declarations of Interest and receive any declaration regarding agenda items
  3. To discuss a potential candidate for co-option to the current Parish Councillor vacancy
  4. Public participation, County and District Councillors reports
  5. To approve the minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 7th January 2026
  6. To report Matters Arising from the Minutes not on the agenda – for information only
  7. To note correspondence as listed on the attached schedule and which are not separate agenda items
  8. Finance: Papers to be distributed prior to the meeting where possible
    • To approve the attached report of payments and receipts since the previous meeting
    • To approve the monthly statement of accounts for February 2026
    • To discuss the appointment of an internal auditor
    • To note S137 2026/2027
  9. Planning Applications as received from South Norfolk Council for consultation
    • To receive any planning applications since the last Parish council meeting.
    • To note planning decision received 2025/3556
  10. Highways & PRoW Update
  11. Recreation Ground Report: to discuss replacement picnic table in the children’s play area
  12. Chair and Vice Chair to provide feedback from meeting with the Mill Management.
  13. To discuss the new audit requirements for Freedom of Information
  14. To discuss the Annual Parish meeting.
  15. To discuss any preparations needed for the Litter Pick in April
  16. Open Gardens Sunday date to be confirmed.
  17. A.O.B. – To confirm meeting dates for 2026/2027
  18. To confirm the date and place for the next meeting and items for inclusion on the agenda.
