STRO14562 – A140 near Dunstan Hall

Norfolk County Council proposes to make a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (the “Order”) (STRO14562) affecting the A) A140 Norwich Road/Ipswich Road from its junction with the C497 Bungay Roundabout to its junction with the A140 Ipswich Road Southern Bypass Roundabout (“Road A”) and B) U71618 Ipswich Road Dairy Farm Layby from its junction with the A140 Ipswich Road for 98 metres northwards (“Road B”) in the Parishes of Stoke Holy Cross, Swainsthorpe, Newton Flotman and Tasburgh to facilitate carriageway resurfacing, the Roads will be subject to the following restrictions for the duration of the works/period the closure is necessary which is anticipated to be from 5th to 16th May 2026, but may continue to be closed/restricted until the 27th June 2026 where the closure/restriction is still required beyond the anticipated dates:

1. Road A will be temporarily closed/restricted (except for pedestrian access) between the hours of 20:00 and 06:00 and temporarily subject to a 30 miles per hour speed restriction
2. Road B will be temporarily closed/restricted (except for pedestrian access).
